Leadership Capability Architecture

Leadership Capability Architecture is the discipline of designing and embedding the structural systems that allow leadership capability to scale with a growing organisation. It treats recurring leadership problems as architectural — caused by missing systems — rather than personal failings to be coached away.

In practice it means building a leadership operating model, embedded development pathways, succession and pipeline structures, culture-to-execution infrastructure, and measurement — so the organisation can scale without leadership becoming the constraint. It is the field of work behind Stuart Andrews' Architecture Accelerator™ and Scaling Leadership Ecosystem™ programs.
