Every engagement with Stuart starts with a no-commitment strategic conversation. During this session, Stuart will go deep on your most pressing leadership challenge and you will experience the methodology firsthand. You will both assess whether a formal engagement makes sense. If it does, you will leave with a clear proposal. If it does not, you will still leave with real perspective and actionable clarity.

Stuart works with a limited number of organisations at any one time to ensure depth of engagement. Priority is given to CEOs and CHROs of $25M–$1bn+ revenue organisations and Fortune 500 companies where growth has demonstrably outpaced leadership infrastructure.
