The Architecture Accelerator™ is a 6-week intensive sprint for senior leaders who are ready to architect leadership capability across their teams and organisations. Unlike traditional leadership training, the Accelerator takes an architectural approach — building systems, structures, and frameworks that make leadership capability self-sustaining.
The program is structured across Stuart Andrews' proprietary 5D Leadership Architecture™: Discover, Desire, Define, Deliver, and Drive. Each phase is supported by nine 1:1 sessions with Stuart across the six weeks, with CapabilityAI™ access for between-session support, and CapabilityAI™ access for between-session support.
Participants in the Architecture Accelerator™ leave with a completed Architecture Blueprint — a documented leadership operating model for their team or organisation. This blueprint covers decision rights, execution cadences, capability pathways, cultural reinforcement mechanisms, and a measurement framework.
The Accelerator is designed for leaders at the Director, VP, and C-suite level who are responsible for building high-performing teams.
