Stuart started his career as a developer — Computer Science at UNSW — before moving into business analysis and programme management. That journey revealed a consistent pattern: the limiting factor in every organisation he worked in was never the technology. It was the leadership capability around it.
Over 25 years, Stuart observed organisations invest millions in leadership training programs, executive coaches, and offsites — only to see the momentum die within weeks. Not because the content was bad, but because it was never installed into how the business actually operates. That insight became the foundation of his life's work.
