Two precision-designed assessment instruments, each built around the principle that genuine leadership development requires honest data, named accountability, and coaching output tied directly to results: the 360° Leadership Assessment and SA-EPSA.
How long does each assessment take? The 360° Leadership self-assessment takes approximately 35 minutes (50 Likert plus 11 qualitative questions); raters typically complete their review in 15 to 20 minutes. SA-EPSA takes approximately 30 minutes (60 Likert questions plus one open-text question).
Who can see my results? You always control your report. Your organisation admin can be granted access via configurable release rules, but by default only you can see your results. Raters are never shown the aggregate scores or how others rated you.
How does the named-rater model work, and why aren't raters anonymous? When you invite raters in the 360° assessment, their names are attached to their responses — a deliberate departure from traditional anonymous 360 tools. Named accountability encourages raters to give honest, considered feedback rather than using anonymity as cover for unhelpful commentary.
How do results compare to tools like DiSC, Hogan, or Korn Ferry? Those tools measure personality traits and behavioural style — how you're wired. The Stuart Andrews assessments measure demonstrated leadership capability — what you actually do, and how others experience you. They're complementary, not competing, but designed specifically for leaders who want actionable development output, not just personality insight.
Is coaching included? The platform generates detailed coaching questions tied directly to your scores as part of every report. Formal coaching engagements with Stuart are a separate, application-based arrangement.
