The Capability Foundation™ is Stuart Andrews' 90-day structured leadership development program designed to build capability across all Five Structural Pillars: the Leadership Operating System, Embedded Development Pathways, Pipeline and Succession Architecture, Culture-to-Execution Infrastructure, and Scaling Mechanisms.
The program begins with the Leadership Capability Diagnostic — a comprehensive assessment that maps your current capability maturity and identifies your highest-leverage development areas. From there, each module builds structured capability in sequence, with exercises, frameworks, and real-world application integrated into your daily leadership practice.
The Capability Foundation™ includes full access to CapabilityAI™ Professional for the duration of the program, giving participants an always-on AI coaching companion for between-session support, reflection prompts, and capability application guidance.
