5D Transcending Leadership Model

The 5D Transcending Leadership Model™ is Stuart Andrews' proprietary methodology for diagnosing and scaling leadership capability through five sequential stages. It moves an organisation from assessing where its leadership stands today to a self-sustaining system where leaders grow other leaders.

Unlike training curricula that target individual skills, the 5D Model is an architecture: each stage builds the structural conditions for the next, so capability compounds rather than resetting every time a leader changes seats.
